Lines -- straight and curved. Frost Grape on Queen Anne's Lace.
(Notice that the white hairs on the green stem are all pointing downward at
exactly the same angle. Imagine how these would appear to a solitary ant
climbing a meter or more above the ground to reach a feast of
pollen nested in the dozens of white flower clusters just above.)
