mammatus clouds

Mammatus clouds . . . Autumn in North America.


Clouds are my Music of the Sky. Form. Movement. Color.
By turns Yin & Yang, Dark & Bright.

Here we have what are called Mammatus Clouds, for their
mammalian breast-shaped pouches. They form in sinking air
masses. and generally mean that the worst weather has
already passed by.
